摘要
以黄芩为原料,采用超声预处理热回流法提取得到总黄酮。提取最佳条件:55%乙醇,固液比1:8,温度85℃,时间1 h,提取3次,得率为33.25%,紫外测定总黄酮含量为32.75%。
Total flavonoids were extracted by heat reflux with ultrasonic pretreatment from scutellaria baicalensis georgi.The technology of extraction was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the results that ethanol 55%,ratio of material to liquid 1 ∶ 8,temperature 85 ℃,time 1 h.The yield and content of total flavonoids were 33.25%,32.75%,respectively.
