通气下乳汤促进剖宫产术后康复的临床效果观察

Clinical Effects of Tong Qi Xia Ru Tang to Promote Recovery after Cesarean Section

目的观察通气下乳汤促进剖宫产术后产妇康复的效果。方法选择我院行剖宫产术的初产妇480例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各240例。术后观察组在常规治疗的基础上加服通气下乳汤,对照组仅予常规治疗。观察两组术后血清泌乳素水平及泌乳、肠功能恢复、子宫复旧、出血情况。结果观察组术后1、3、5 d血清泌乳素水平、3和5 d泌乳成功率及术后30 d纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后腹胀情况、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、子宫复旧情况、出血情况及宫缩痛持续时间均优于对照组,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通气下乳汤促进剖宫产术后产妇康复效果显著,临床应用安全可靠,对产妇与新生儿无明显不良影响。

Objective To observe the positive effects of Tong Qi Xia Ru Tang in the recovery of the puerperas after cesarean section.Methods The approach adopted 480 samples of primiparas after cesarean section in our hospital,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group（n=240 in each group）.The observation group after operation took Tong Qi Xia Ru Tang on the basis of conventional therapy,while the control group only received the conventional therapy.The prolactin（PRL） levels,milk secretion,the recovery of inobservationinal function after operation,the involution of uterus and postpartum hemorrhage of the two groups were observed.Results The rates of the observation group were much higher than that of the control group in the following aspects： 1,3,5 d PRL levels,3 and 5 d success rate of milk secretion and 30 d breast-feeding rate.The statistical differences were significant（P0.05）.The observation group also had much better results than the control group in the following aspects： abdominal distension after operation,recovery of rborygmus,anus gas passage time,the involution of uterus,the postpartum hemorrhage,the involution of uterus and the duration of uterine contraction.The differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Tong Qi Xia Ru Tang has a very positive effect on the recovery of the puerperas after cesarean section.The clinical application is safe and reliable with no significant side effect to puerperas and infants.
