摘要
介绍了ADAMS在动力总成悬置系统优化中的应用、相关参数的设置和悬置软垫简化模型,进行了灵敏度分析与多目标优化,并在时域和频域内进行了隔振性能和动态振动响应的仿真。最后对一悬置实例进行优化,结果表明:垂直方向和绕曲轴旋转方向解耦能量分布有较大改善,动力总成质心振动位移和悬置点动反力显著降低。
The application of ADAMS to the optimization of powertrain mounting system,the setting of related parameters and the simplified model for mount cushions are presented.The sensitivity analysis and multi-objective optimization are conducted and the vibration isolation performance and dynamic vibration response in both time and frequency domains are simulated.Finally,a real case of powertrain mount is optimized.As a result,the decoupled energy distribution in vertical and crankshaft rotation directs are improved and the vibration displacement of mass center and the dynamic reaction force at mounting points are both reduced significantly.
