全球化视野下的中国民族关系研究:内视、自觉与正义

Ethnic Relations in China under Globalization:Reflexivity,Self-Consciousness,and Justice

近些年来,民族关系研究又成为热点,从"去政治化"的争鸣[1]到"新清史"的论战,[2]彰显了人群关系中民族关系的特殊性。本文认为,国内有关民族关系的讨论存在几个值得改善的地方:只看别人不看自己,把民族关系中出现的问题归咎于其他民族;平面地看问题,不联系历史,不联系背景;不考虑感情,不考虑美德和正义,不考虑尊严;拒绝从"本土人观点看问题",因而也就难以对话。因此,把内视、自觉与正义引入民族关系研究刻不容缓。

In recent years,the study of ethnic relations has once again entered the front stage.From depoliticization to ＂New History of Qing Danasty＂,the debate underscores the uncertainty in the development of the nation-state on one hand,and particularities of such ethnic relations among human relation on the other.The author believes that there are something need to be improved in the discussion about ethnic relations in China： other-directed scrutiny without reflexivity,tracing ＂problems＂ to other ethnic minorities;synchronic treatment without diachronic contextualization;failure to consider emotions,virtue,justice,and dignity;refusal to take a native point of view,leading to unsuccessful dialogue.Introducing reflexivity,self-consciousness and justice to the study of ethnic relations has therefore become an urgent must.
