加快推进少数民族聚居区民族事务服务体系建设——以内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟为例

Speeding up the Construction of Service System for Ethnic Affairs in Concentrated Residencial Areas of Ethnic Minority Groups——taking Xilinguole as an example

"民族事务服务体系建设"是国务院办公厅发布的《少数民族事业"十一五"规划》重点建设的十一大工程之一,关注少数民族聚居地区的民族事务服务体系建设对于建立全面有效的民族事务服务体系具有重要的意义。笔者以锡林郭勒盟为例,采取问卷调查的方式,对目前少数民族聚居地区的民族事务服务体系建设情况进行研究,旨在"十二五"开局之年,回顾过去的政策落实情况,以期对我国的民族工作和民族政策的制定有所裨益。

＂Constructing service system for ethnic affairs＂ is one of the eleven great projects of the key construction projects by the Eleventh Five-year Plan of the Minorities issued by the General Office of the State Council.Concerning the construction of service system for ethnic affairs in concentrated residencial areas of ethnic groups is of significant importance to wholly and effectively constructing service system for ethnic affairs.The author,taking Xilingele as an example,studies the construction of service system for ethnic affairs in concentrated residencial areas of ethnic groups with questionaire survey aiming to taking a retrospection to the practice of the policy in the past at the beginning of the National Twelfth Five-year Plan and making contributions to ethnic work and ethnic policy making in China.
