摘要
太阳能供电是一种解决草原无电户用电难的有力措施,但是实践中缺乏有效的管理。本文针对太阳能供电可持续所面临的设备管理、废弃物回收以及资金管理等难题,提出并探讨可持续的太阳能供电服务管理模式。首先探讨太阳能发电设备的运行维护和检修管理策略;然后构建逆向物流下的废旧部件的回收、处置模式和策略;最后讨论资金流的运作管理。
As a powerful measure for resolving the problem of the prairie household without electricity,the solar power is lacking of effective management in practice.On account of the puzzles of equipment management,waste materials recycling and fund flow management for the continuable solar power,this paper exposes and explores the service management pattern for the continuable solar power.First,the equipment ＇s operation,maintenance and overhaul management strategies are researched.Next,the reverse logistics system of the recycling and dealing with the waste components is constructed.And finally,the operation of the fund is discussed.
