摘要
在深入解读《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的基础上,结合湖北白莲河抽水蓄能有限公司劳动用工管理的实际经验,分析了企业在劳动用工管理过程中常见的误解,提出了应当采取的应对措施。
On the basis of in-depth understanding of the People's Republic of Labor Contract Law and combination of practical experience of labor and employment management in Hubei Bailianhe Pumped Storage Power Corporation,the common misunderstandings in enterprise labor and employment management are analyzed and measures are presented.
