摘要
为了在产品变型设计过程中有效重用各类零件资源,提出从设计活动的角度对机械产品变型设计过程进行建模,并给出了变型设计过程建模的框架结构。首先,基于大规模定制生产对零件的分类分析了不同类型零件的变型设计模式,并在零件结构参数层构建了零件之间的尺寸约束关系网络图;接着,给出了三元组的变型设计活动定义,以此为基础构建了变型设计活动的逻辑结构模型;然后,从活动和零件两个不同的层次,定义了机械产品变型设计过程的配置规则,由此可以派生出不同定制产品的变型设计过程,实现对不同类型零件资源的重用;最后,通过实例进行了验证。
In order to reuse all kinds of part resources effectively during product variant design, process modeling of mechanical product variant design was proposed from the aspect of design activity, and the modeling framework of variant design process was also presented. Firstly, the variant modes of different types of parts were analyzed based on the part classification on the context of mass customization. The dimension constraint network among mating parts was constructed at the parameter level of part. And then, variant design activity was defined with triple elements. Based on these, a logical structure model of variant design activity was established. Secondly, the rules of product variant design process configuration were identified from the aspects of activity and part respectively. As a result, variant design process of different customized product can be derived with the goal of reusing different types of part resources. Finally, an example was given to verify these methods and principles mentioned above.
