摘要
针对检测过程中原有各种颜色检测系统存在的不足,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的颜色检测系统。该系统利用高速数据采集卡PCI-1716对颜色传感器TCS230进行数据采集,然后采用LabVIEW实现与上位机的通信,并对数据进行处理、显示和保存,最终将数据还原为颜色,并完成对颜色的检测。试验结果表明,基于LabVIEW的颜色检测系统大大降低了计算机与其他MPU之间通信的复杂度,同时减少了软件设计的工作量,为颜色检测提供了一种简便的新途径。
To solve the inadequacy existing in many color detection systems,the LabVIEW-based color detection system has been designed.In this system,by adopting high speed data acquisition card PCI-1716,the data from color sensor TCS230 are collected,then the communication with host computer is implemented by using LabVIEW for data processing,display and storage;finally the data are restored into color.The results of experiments indicate that the color detection system based on LabVIEW greatly reduces the complexity of communication between computer and other MPUs,and the workload of software design.It provides an easier path for color detection.
