摘要
为改变使用燃油锅炉所造成的环境污染、能源浪费等局面,设计了一种采用太阳能集热器与空气源热泵组合加热的方式制取热水的方法。应用PLC+HMI的架构开发具有友好人机交互界面的控制系统;采用模糊控制策略,使系统稳定且节能;同时根据分时电价的情况,合理安排热泵运行策略。实践证明,系统运行时按需生产,实时控制,具有良好的节能节电效果。
In order to change the former situation of environmental pollution and energy wasting brought by using original oil-fired boilers,the combined heating method composed of solar collector and air source heating pump is designed for making hot water.By adopting the framework of PLC+HMI,the control system offering user-friendly human machine interface has been developed.With fuzzy control strategy,the system is more stable and energy saving.In addition,based on time-oriented electricity pricing policy,the operational strategy of the heat pump is arranged reasonably.The practice verifies that when the system is operating,the production is on-demand and in real-time control and offers excellent energy saving effect.
