摘要脾边缘带淋巴瘤（splenic marginal zone lymphoma,SMZL）是由小淋巴细胞组成的脾B细胞新生物,小淋巴细胞环绕和取代脾白髓生发中心,正常的滤泡套区消失,并与包含分散的、转化原始细胞的周围（边缘）带融合。小和较大的细胞两者总是浸润红髓。脾门淋巴结和骨髓（BM）常受累。淋巴瘤细胞即绒毛状淋巴细胞可出现在外周血（PB）中。
