摘要
建立了落地铣镗床主轴系统的模型,研究主轴径向变形;对落地铣镗床主轴轴承寿命、主轴大齿轮对轴承刚度和主轴变形的影响进行分析,并对轴承配置进行了优化分析,为轴承组合方式的选用以及大齿轮支承的合理配置提供了依据。
A model of the floor type boring & milling machine spindle system was established and the spindle radial deformation was studied. The spindle bearing life and the influences of spindle bull gear to the bearing rigidity and spindle deformation were analyzed. Bearings allocation was optimized. All the research work provides basis for the selection of bearings combination means and reasonable allocation of bull gear supporting.
