摘要
在诸多数控教材中,关于在FANUC数控系统中应用的G73复合循环指令的讲解应用,有易引起误解的地方,甚至有些错误。在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,总结了数控教材中G73复合循环指令典型的应用情况,并进行详细的分析比较,给出该循环指令中循环参数的确定方法。结合具体实例进行分析应用,同时借助仿真软件进行验证,证明了分析结果的正确性。
In many NC textbooks, for the explain and application of closed rough cycle instruction G73 used in FANUC CNC system, some content which is easily misunderstood is existed, and even some mistakes. Consulting a large number of literatures, the typical application of G73 instruction in NC textbooks were summarized and detailed analysis and comparison were made. The determination method of cycle parameters of the instruction was given. The analysis was made with concrete example and the correctness of the analysis result was proved by simulation software.
