摘要
大型龙门式加工中心的龙门式结构中,横梁是其关键部件之一,起着连接滑座、滑鞍等关键部件的作用,而横梁自身的设计结构及布局决定了其静、动态特性,其中横梁筋板的动、静态特性直接关系到加工中心的整机性能。对大型龙门式加工中心常用的4种筋板结构横梁的静、动态特性进行仿真分析,结果表明,O型筋板结构横梁的静、动态特性最优。采用O型筋板横梁的龙门式加工中心的整机性能更好,可更好地保证机床加工精度和效率。
Beam is one of key components of gantry structure of large gantry machine center, locating between the slide rest and the slide saddle. The structure design and arrangement of beam decide its static and dynamic characteristics, and then, the static and dynamic characteristics of stiffened plates of beam directly influence the integral properties of machine center. The simulation analyses of the static and dynamic characteristics of beam structures were focuses on. The simulation results show that the O type stiffened plates structure has the best static and dynamic characteristics. The integral properties of machine tools with O type stiffened plates structure beam are better and manufacture precision and efficiency can be ensured.
