摘要
详细设计拉刀工艺装备的关键部件——拉刀和空心油缸,确定其结构及尺寸。运用大型通用有限元分析软件SolidWorks中镶套的COSMOSWorks对关键部件拉刀进行静态分析,通过合理的建模、加载及结果分析,验证已设计的拉刀的结构力学状态,保证所设计拉刀的可靠性及合理性。
The detailed designs to key components-the broach and the hollow cylinder were carried on, and the structures and si- zes of the broach and the hollow cylinder were confirmed. By using the large-scale finite element analysis software COSMOSWorks inlayed in SolidWorks, the static analysis of broach was carried on. Through reasonable modeling, loading and results analyses, the structure mechanics state of the designed broach was validated. The reliability and rationality of the designed broach are ensured.
