摘要
随着管道建设向高强度、高韧性的方向发展以及对钢管质量要求的不断提高,制管技术及装备也在不断推陈出新。扩径机作为提高钢管质量的一种极为关键的技术装备,越来越多地在制管生产中得到运用。在介绍钢管扩径机工作原理的基础上,主要进行了钢管扩径机液压驱动系统的原理设计。
As the pipeline construction developing toward the direction of high strength and high toughness, the demand of enterprise on steel pipe quality is high, so the new tube technology and equipment have been introduced. For the tube expander machine as the key to improve the quality of tube, it has been utilized more and more universally in the tube-manufacturing. On the basis of intro ducing the working principles of tube expander machine, a hydraulic drive system was designed in principle for the machine.
