摘要
为克服传统加工方式的弊端,设计16 MN螺旋压力机上下加温模座并进行基于PLC的恒温控制系统的实验研究。进行上下模座的结构设计及强度校核,采用基于目标值滤波的二自由度PID控制算法实现了恒温模座闭环控制系统。实验结果表明:模座结构合理,强度满足要求;上下模座加热棒选用得当、分布合理,模座温度分布均匀;在2 h内,模座可由常温加热到350℃;上下模座温差小,控制精度高。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional machining method, the heating mould seats of 16 MN spiral press machine were designed and constant temperature control system based on PLC were studied experimenially. The structure design and intensity check of upper & down heating mould seats were introduced. The closed-loop control system for constant temperature mould seats was implemented based on the two degrees' PID control algorithm. Experimental results show that the structures of mould seats are reasonable, and intensity meets design demand; heating pipes in the application and distribution are proper and temperature distribution is uniform ; in 2 hours, the mould seats can be heated from normal temperature to 350 ℃ ; and temperature differential between the upper & down mould seat is small, and control precision is high.
