摘要
分析透平油滤油机的工作原理,指出其控制系统应该具有的功能,进行控制系统的硬件设计和PLC控制程序设计,详细介绍PLC的地址分配以及控制程序的编制方法,并给出系统程序流程图。该系统自运行以来,各项功能正常,设备运行稳定,具有一定的实用价值。
The working principle of turbine oil filter was analyzed. The functions of the control system were pointed out. The hardware and PLC control program were designed. The address assignment of PLC and the programming method of the control program were introduced. The flow diagram of the system program was given. All the functions are normal and the facilities is stable since it runs. So this system has some utility value.
