摘要 设计一种基于无线网络的机床电气故障检修训练与考核装置,该装置由一台上位机和多台从机组成一主多从的网络结构,采用无线数字传输方式进行通讯。指导教师可通过上位机完成对多台训练装置的故障设置,并可以实时了解每一台从机的工作状态,从而掌握学员的训练情况。该装置具有较好的通用性,适用于所有的机床电气故障检修训练课题。该装置已在某大学的维修电工技能训练中得到应用,结果表明:其性能稳定,指导教师工作强度减轻,学生训练效果得到较大提高。 A training and examination device for electric troubleshooting of machine tool was developed based on wireless net. The device was a net structure with one host and multi-slave computers, consisting of one PC and MCUs. Wireless transfer was used as communication mode between PC and MCUs. The teacher can implement the fault setting of training devices using the PC and know states of every slave computer on time, thereby grasping training situations of students. This device has good versatility and can be used in all electric troubleshooting training lessons for machine tools. It has been used in the professional skill training of maintenance electrician of engineering training centre of some university. The results show that its performance is stable, teacher's working strength is decreased and the training effect of students is greatly improved.
