摘要
基于导弹武器系统的可靠性特征,设计了型号总体贮存可靠性分配与预计的工作流程。针对导弹及各分系统不同的可靠性结构,提出了运用不同的方法或方法组合进行可靠性分配与预计的策略。以某型导弹动力分系统为例,在分析其可靠性基础上,建立了可靠性模型和故障树模型;对该分系统进行了可靠性分配和预计,获得了该分系统设备、组件的可靠性指标;分析了分配与预计结果,并指出了该分系统存在的薄弱环节。研究结果可为导弹可靠性指标论证和总体设计提供方法参考。
Work flow of reliability allocation and prediction is designed based on reliability characteristics of missile weapon system.Because missile system and each subsystem have different reliability structure,a strategy with different method or methods combination for allocating and predicting reliability is presented.Taking power subsystem of one type of missile as an example,reliability model and fault tree model are set up on the basis of reliability analysis,and then the subsystem reliability is allocated and predicted.Thus reliability indexes of equipments and subassemblies are obtained.In addition the results of allocation and prediction are analyzed and unsubstantial parts are pointed out,which method can be reference for missile reliability indexes argumentation and system design.
