摘要
针对夹片的结构特点及其车削时的特性进行了分析而设计出夹片车外锥的自动上下料装置。整个装置基于CKM6125机床本体,结合气动技术、PLC控制技术与传感技术进行机构设计,其中机构部分包括料斗进给机构、定向机构、上料机构、卸料机构等。并对各组成部分进行了较为详细的运动学参数计算和主要部件的结构设计及校核过程。该装置能将工件自动送至车床的主轴进行车削加工,解决了夹片某道车削工序自动上下料问题。实现了一人多机,缩短加工时间,降低了生产成本,减轻了工人劳动强度,保证了交货期。
Through analyzing the structural characteristics and features of the clips in turning process,an auto feeding and discharging device for clips is designed,which structure is based on CKM6125 machine tool combining pneumatic technology,PLC control technology as well as sensor technology covering feeding hopper mechanism,orientation mechanism as well as feeding mechanism and discharging mechanism.Then detailed kinematic parameter calculation for each component is carried out with structure design and check for main components.The device can feed clip to spindle of lathe automatically for machining which can achieve feeding and discharging automatically in turning process with operation of one-person-multi-equipment,thus the machining time is shortened,cost of production is lessened as well as labor intensity is lightened.
