摘要
介绍了胶带机滚筒的种类及结构,并结合输送机的工作原理对滚筒的疲劳受力情况进行分析。研究了如何应用Ansys有限元分析软件建立滚筒力学模型的方法,包括滚筒轴的建立、筒皮的建立、相关构件的简化、及焊接胀套连接的处理等。并利用Ansys分析模块对改向滚筒进行有限元计算,以静强度分析为基础,首先施加边界条件,再施以胶带压力、自重、安装预应力等计算载荷,最终应用疲劳分析模块对滚筒进行疲劳验算,得出可靠结果。
First,the rollers'variety and structure are introduced.Combining with the operating principle of a conveyor the roller'fatigue form is analyzed successively.Then,a method on how to establish a CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)mode of a roller is investigated in it,including the establishing of axis,roller cover,symplifying of the structure as well as the connecting with welded expanding.The diverted roller'fatigue calculation is done by using the ansys analysis module based on the strength analysis the boundary restrict is first applied and then the calculated load covering conveyor tension,dead load and prestress of installation.Finally checking for the fatigue of the roller is done by adopting the fatigue module,and reliable result is achieved.
