摘要
Pro/E在模具行业被广泛应用,利用其program程序可以建立三维参数化的标准模架库,以大大提高模具设计的效率。以龙记注塑模的标准模架为对象,基于Pro/E软件平台进行了三维参数化模架库的开发与研究。介绍了注塑模参数化模架库的系统构成,详细论述了开发过程中模架结构类型的控制、模架设计参数的定义与赋值、模架参数化设计的实现等几个关键问题,并给出了三维参数化模架库的应用实例。
Pro/E is applied widely in mould industry,within which the"program"is applied to develop a three-dimensional parameterized standard mould base library,which enhances the efficiency of mould design significantly.Taking the standard mould bases for injection moulds of Lung Kee Group as an example,the three-dimensional parameterized mould base library is developed and studied in it based on the Pro/E software platform.In which,the systematic structure of parameterized mould base library of injection mould is introduced,and several key issues on developing the parameterized mould base library are discussed particularly such as the control of structural forms,the definition and the valuing of design parameters,and the realization of parametric design for mould base.In the end,two examples that applied to the three-dimensional parameterized mould base library are shown.
