GIR-21井喷漏并存地层钻塞与完井技术实践 被引量:3

摘要 Gir-21井是土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸亚胜杰佩气田基尔桑构造东高点的一口详探井,在3475.59~3493.41m井段钻井中发生严重井漏,压力窗口很窄,井漏和溢流交替出现,累计漏失钻井液与堵漏浆2143.3m3、堵漏水泥浆470.3m3。由于无法继续钻进打水泥塞暂时封闭,为达到投产和录取资料目的,后重新钻开水泥塞并下封隔器完井管柱提前完井。通过对前期井下复杂处理的充分分析,针对钻塞后可能出现的不同状况制定完善的控制技术措施,整个作业中保持6~8m3/h的排量连续灌浆,始终保持液面在井口。通过试油取得了地层真实的流体性能、产能和压力、温度资料,获得了高产油气流。 Well Gir-21 is an exploration well, which is located at the east high point of Girsan structure, YashenJiePei gas field, right bank of Amu Darya, Turkmenistan. Serious circulation loss is experienced in the 3475.59~3493.41m drilling operation, the pressure window was very narrow and well lost & overflow happened alternately. The total seepage loss of drillling mud & lost circulation pill was 2143.3m3 and lost cement slurry was 470.3 m3. Because high potential risk of mud loss and gas overflow was always occurred in the same zone during every well drilling, safe drilling operation situation is not achievable and then squeezed cement plug to seal off reservoir. To obtain the formation fluid properties and data, drilled out the cement plug and run completion string with packer to end the drilling operation ahead. Analyzing the geological structure of the formation and the complication situation, the perfect control technical measures were established aiming at possible different status after drilling plug. During later operation, the discharge capacity of continuous grouting kept 6-8m3/h to ensure liquid surface in wellhead. Through production test, strata actual fluid performance, productivity, pressure, temperature and high oil-gas yield were obtained.
