一种抗高温抑制型聚合物降滤失剂的合成及评价 被引量:2

摘要 随着油气勘探开发的发展,深井超深井的数量不断增加,对钻井液处理剂的耐高温性能提出了更高要求。文章采用丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMS)、乙烯基铵盐阳离子单体(CM)为原料,通过优化合成条件及配方,合成了一种四元共聚物降滤失剂,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,1.0%的降滤失剂能使淡水基浆中的滤失量降到7.8ml/30min,150℃热滚老化16h后的滤失量可降为12.6ml/30min。1.0%的降滤失剂120℃热滚16h后页岩回收率可达83.4%。 With the development of petroleum exploration, the quantities of deep well and ultra-deep well were increased gradually. The anti-temperature properties of the drilling fluid were required higher. Taking acrylamide(AM), acrylic acid(AA), methyl propylene sulfonate(SMS), vinyl ammonium cationic monomer(CM) as raw materials, one quadripolymer fluid loss additive was synthesized through optimizing composition conditions and formula, and its performances were evaluated. Results showed that filter loss was dropped to 7.8mL/30min in fresh water based mud when 1.0% quadripolymer fluid loss additive was added. The filter loss could be reduced to 12.6mL/30min after 150 ℃ 16h hot rolling. Shale recovery rate was 83.6% after 120 ℃ 16h hot rolling by adding 1.0% quadripolymer fluid loss additive.
