In order to creatively implement the essence of the new textbook,my teaching and researching group faces the positive challenge and put forward the teaching strategy with the characteristics of Hengyang Normal University.We have brought forth new ideas about the teaching methods and gradually explored a teaching mode of insisting on thematic lectures,organizing group preparing lessons and encouraging individualized teaching and learning.
