摘要
研究了稀土异戊橡胶的预凝聚过程相平衡,建立了预凝聚动力学模型。结果表明:稀土异戊橡胶的预凝聚过程符合相平衡规律,其气相组成R与理论值相符。稀土异戊橡胶预凝聚过程为等速凝聚,其凝聚速率与溶剂浓度无关,可用零级传质模型进行描述。
Phase equilibrium of the pre-condensation process of rare-earth isoprene rubber was investigated,and its dynamics model was built.The results showed that the pre-condensation process of rare-earth isoprene rubber conformed to phase equilibrium rules,and gas phase composition(R) was almost as same as theoretical value.Condensing rate in the pre-condensation process of rare-earth isoprene rubber was constant and had nothing to do with solvent concentration.The zero-order transfer models may be used to discribe the pre-condenstion process.
