运动型多用途乘用车超高性能轿车轮胎的设计

摘要 介绍运动型多用途乘用车超高性能275/55R20,305/45R22,275/45R20,305/40R22规格轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径膨胀率1.005~1.008,断面宽膨胀率0.996~1.001,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.90~1.02,采用非对称流线型块状花纹设计,花纹深度9.0~9.5mm,花纹饱和度61%~63%,花纹周节数29~32。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用2层1670dtex/2HMLS聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用2层开放型1×3×0.30HT钢丝帘布;采用二次法成型机成型,B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久和高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 The design of SUV UHP series 275/55R20,305/45R22,275/45R20,305/40R22 PCR tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:expansion ratio of overall diameter 1.005~1.008,expansion ratio of cross-sectional width 0.996~1.001,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0.90~1.02,with the design of unsymmetrical streamline pattern block,pattern depth 9.0~9.5 mm,block/groove ratio 61%~63%,pattern circular pitch 29~32.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,2 layers 1670dtex/2 HMLS polyester dipped cord for carcass ply,2 layers open-type 1×3×0.30HT steel cord for belt ply;using two-step building machine to build tires,and using B-type curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements in the design and national standard.
