摘要
试验研究CF系列炭黑在全钢载重子午线轮胎过渡层和气密层以及载重斜交轮胎胎体帘布层中的应用。结果表明:在全钢载重子午线轮胎过渡层和气密层胶料中增用炭黑CF604,胶料的物理性能略有提高,成本大幅下降;在载重斜交轮胎胎体帘布层中以炭黑CF604部分替代炭黑N660,胶料的物理性能大幅提高,成品轮胎的粘合强度和耐久性能有所提高,成本大幅下降。
The application of CF series carbon black in the transition layer,inner liner of TBR tire and the carcass ply of bias truck tire was investigated.The results showed that,when carbon black CF604 was used in the transition layer and inner liner compounds,the physical property of compounds increased slightly,and the cost decreased sharply;when carbon black CF604 was used to replace part of carbon black N660 in the carcass ply compound,the physical property of compound improved significantly,the adhesion and endurance of finished tire were improved,and the cost was reduced greatly.
