Bind and Outlet for University Graduates' Employment in Grass-roots Units

大学生基层就业出现"逃回北上广"的现象,引起社会的关注。大学生基层就业遇到的困境在某种程度上反映了高等教育改革与经济发展的不适应。政府要加大对中西部和不发达地方第三产业的扶植、培育和发展,同时为大学生到基层就业创建良好的制度环境;高校要加快教育改革并做好大学生的职业生涯教育,让大学生到基层后用得上、留得住,实现就业创业。

The phenomenon that university graduates in grass-roots reselect jobs in developed cities attracts extensive attention of the society.It reveals that higher education reform does not meet needs of economic development.It is essential that the government should further support,cultivate and develop the tertiary industry in mid-west and underdeveloped areas,create a favorable system environment for university graduates＇ employment in grass-roots units.For the same reason,universities should strengthen education reform and career counseling to ensure students＇ future employment or enterprise starting after graduation.
