摘要
蔬菜价格是蔬菜生产和流通成本以及经营者的利润构成的。通过天门市张港花椰菜基地产销情况的调研发现,蔬菜生产和流通的各市场主体的成本利润率相差不大,但需要进一步规范管理,而市场摊位费用比重太高,已经失去公共产品属性,直接推高了蔬菜价格。农资及人工费用的增加与流通环节多也是蔬菜价格高的原因。政府要在扶持蔬菜企业发展的同时,更要加强农产品市场公益化的建设。
Vegetable price is composed by the cost of vegetable production and currency and operator's profit.Through survey of production and sale of Zhanggang cauliflower base in Tianmen City,it is found that there is no large difference in market entity's profit-to-cost ratio of vegetable production and currency,but we need more standard management.Because of high booth fees,public product attribution is lost,which directly make the price of vegetable higher.Increased agricultural material and labour charges is another reason that cause vegetable price to raise.So the government should pay more attention to market public welfare construction of agricultural product,when the government supports the development of vegetable enterprises.
