国内外农产品冷链物流发展比较研究

Comparative Study on Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics in Domestic and Overseas

农产品冷链物流在国外发达国家如加拿大、日本等已经发展成熟,形成了较为完整的冷链物流体系,然而在我国起步晚,市场规模小。文中从国外和国内农产品冷链物流比较的视角出发,找出我国农产品冷链物流发展的不足——我国的农产品冷链物流设施不足,设备落后,第三方物流较少介入,政府在农产品冷链物流方面制定的相关法规与政策甚少。针对以上不足,总结国外农产品冷链物流对我国的启示。

Cold chain logistics has grown up in developed countries such as Canada and Japan.It has formed a more complete cold chain logistics system.However,it starts rather later in China and it is small.This paper begins to study from the view of the comparison between the cold chain logistics in domestic and overseas,then the paper finds out the deficiency of clod chain logistics development in China——it has inadequate infrastructure,the equipment falls behind,third-part logistics gets involved in it less and there are only a few relevant regulations and policies for cold chain logistics in China.Basing on the above mention shortcomings,this article draws several suggestions from cold chain logistics development in foreign countries for China.
