摘要
步入低碳经济时代,既给航运企业的发展提出了更高的要求也提供了更多的机遇,航运企业要把自身行业特点与低碳理念结合起来,从而指导企业各方面的运作。通过认识航运企业目前人力资源管理状况,分析将低碳观念融入人力资源管理的必要性,并且试着从工作分析、招聘、培训、绩效评价、薪酬管理、劳动关系六大模块着手,利用绿色人力资源管理等新型理念和方法指导航运企业在低碳经济下的人力资源管理创新。
Entering the low-carbon economy area,shipping enterprises must combine their own industry characteristics with low-carbon concept for direct the comprehensive operation to meet more opportunities and higher requirements.By recognizing the status quo of human resources management in shipping groups under the current conditions,the paper analysis the significance of putting the low-carbon ideas into the human resources management with the perspectives of job analysis,recruitment,training,performance evaluation,compensation management,labor relations,and make use of green human resource management and other new concepts and methods to guide human resource management innovation in shipping companies in low-carbon economic environment.
