摘要
精益生产模式对快速消费品供应链要求较高,既要降低库存又要快速响应客户需求,不断消除供应链牛鞭效应带来的负面影响。近年来,A公司不断并购饼干业务,导致其饼干分销渠道逐渐拉长,供应链整合难度加大。基于此,在分析A公司供应链结构和特点基础上,构建集成化供应链管理运作模型,优化供应链运作流程和管理方法,促使其供应链协调顺畅发展。
The lean production mode to the fast moving consumer goods supply chain requirements higher,both to reduce inventory and rapid response to customer demand,continuously removing the supply chain bullwhip effect brought negative effect.In recent years,A company continuous acquisition of biscuit business,leading to its biscuits distribution channels is elongated,supply chain integration difficulty.Based on this,the analysis of A company based on supply chain structure and characteristics,construction of the integrated supply chain management model,optimization of the supply chain operation and management method,make the supply chain coordination smooth development.
