摘要 虚拟焊接培训系统的技术核心是采用虚拟现实技术、计算机图形学、数据采集与处理相结合的方法,将焊接操作者的操作信息经过多渠道识别与合成,并在显示设备上显示出来。随着计算机软硬件的飞速发展,各种虚拟焊接培训系统不断出现并展示出广阔的发展空间。无论从科技进步,还是从节约能源和保护环境来看,虚拟焊接培训系统必将成为焊接技术的教育与培训的重要辅助方式,也将引领焊接培训的发展。文中系统综述了国内外虚拟焊接培训系统的基本结构、功能与技术特点,分析了虚拟焊接培训系统开发面临的难点和发展趋势。 The core technology of virtual reality welding training system is the combination of virtual reality technology, computer graphics, data acquisition and processing, which displays the operational information of welder through multi-channel recognition and synthesis. With the rapid development of computer hardware and software, various virtual welding training systems appear constantly and exhibit the broad space for development. From the aspect of science and technology progress,the energy saving and environment protection,virtual welding training system will become an important auxiliary way for welding education and training,and will lead the development of welding training. The structure,function and technical characteristics of virtual welding training system were systematically reviewed,and its difficulties and development trend were also analyzed.
