运动疗法结合温针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨运动疗法结合温针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法将KOA患者随机分为2组:治疗组41例,采用运动疗法结合温针治疗;对照组37例,采用特定电磁波辐射器(TDP)照射结合运动疗法治疗,观察比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.24%,对照组为64.86%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后视觉疼痛评分(VAS)均有改善。治疗组较对照组改善更为明显(P均<0.05)。结论运动疗法结合温针治疗KOA有效。
