摘要
目的:探讨"石氏熏洗方"熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:随机、单盲将确诊为膝骨关节炎患者86例分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组用"石氏熏洗方"熏蒸膝关节;对照组采用与治疗组相同组成的外洗方,剂量为治疗组药物的10%。结果:显示治疗组与对照组在疼痛、功能、WOMAC总分、肿胀等方面都较治疗前都有明显改善(P<0.05);而对比2组间各指标治疗前后差值发现,治疗组在疼痛、功能、WOMAC总分方面的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加入"石氏熏洗方"后,显示疼痛、功能改善高剂量治疗组优于极低剂量对照组,提示加大药物剂量可使熏蒸治疗的止痛作用加强,且安全可靠,无不良反应。
Objective：To observe the effect of Shi＇s fumigation formula on knee osteoarthritis. Methods：Eighty six patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled in this randomized, single-blind study. They were divided into treatment group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Both group received Shi＇s fumigation formula, while the dosage for control group was 10% of that in treatment group. Results： There was remarkable improvement in pain, function, WOMAC scores, and swelling in both groups （P〈0.05）, and the results in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. Shi＇s fumigation formula can relieve pain and improve knee function.
