柔筋舒督方配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

The Clinical Effect of Rou Jin Shu Du Formula with Iontophoresis of Chinese Medicine in Treatment on Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:观察柔筋舒督方配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为2组,对照组22例采用柳氮磺吡啶及甲氨蝶呤治疗,治疗组28例采用柔筋舒督方配合中药离子导入治疗,2组连续用药3个月,观察治疗前后疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后2组病情活动主要指标评分均有显著降低,而治疗组降低优于对照组。结论:柔筋舒督方配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效佳,安全性好。

Objective：To observe the effect of Rou Jin Shu Du Formula with iontophoresis of Chinese medicine in trreatrnent on patients with Akylosing spondylitis. Methods： Fifty patients with ankylosing spondylitis were divided into two groups randomly. 28 patients in the treatment group were treated with Rou Jin Shu Du Formula and iontophoresis o f Chinese med- icine; 22 patients were treated with Sulfasalazine and Methotrexate in the control group. The curative effect before and after the therapy were observed, after for 3 months continuous therapy in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate （92.9%） in the treatment group was superior to that （63.6%） in the control group. Main index scores in two groups were decreased obviously, after treatments. Moreover, the score reduced in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group. Conclusion： It is effective and safe for Rou Jin Shu Du Formula with iontophoresis of Chinese Medicine to treat patients with ankylosing spondylitis and the incidence rate of side effect is lower.
