摘要
采用电化学方法制备聚甲基红膜修饰电极(PMRE/GCE),研究对硝基酚在PMRE/GCE上的电化学行为。结果表明:在pH=6.5的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中,扫描速度为0.24 V/s时,对硝基酚的还原峰电流值(ipc)与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为:ipc=1.391×102 c+1.942×10-2(i:mA,c:mol/L);相关系数r=0.999 6;检出限:2.0×10-5 mol/L(RSN=3)。将其应用样品测定的平均回收率为101%。
The preparation of polymethyl red film modified glassy carbon electrodes(PMRE/GCE) and the electrochemical behavior of P-nitrophenol at this modified electrode were investigated by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) in this paper. The experiment results show in the pH = 6.5 phosphate buffer solution(PBS), the reduction peak current increases linearly with the concentration of P-nitrophenol and its regression equation ipc = 1. 391×10^2c+1.942×10^-2 ( i: mA, c: mol/L) ; and its Correlation Coefficient is 0. 999 6 and its detection limit of 2.0×10^-5mol/L (RSN = 3 ) at the scan rate of 0.24 V/s. The modified electrode has been applied to determine simulative samples and its average recovery rate is 101% with satisfactory results.
