摘要
"以人为本,以生(学生)为先"的科学管理理念是高校学籍管理人性化服务之精髓,它坚持把学生作为"第一资源"管理要素中的主体,强调学生主体地位,充分尊重学生的本质、利益,信任、理解、关爱学生,满足其正当、合理的要求。抓好学生学籍管理,对教学秩序的稳定、教学情况的及时掌握、教学质量的提高以及和谐校园的构建都具有举足轻重的作用。为此,学籍管理者要增强服务意识,努力做好教学一线服务工作,在学籍管理过程中做到服务理念人本化、服务过程亲情化、服务方式多样化、服务原则灵活化及服务手段信息化、现代化。
The concept "human-oriented and students-centered" functions as the core principle of registry management in universities.It regards students as "a primary resource",emphasizes the central status of students,calls for the respect for students' nature and interests,and demands trusting,understanding,caring for students and meeting their legitimate and reasonable requests.Management of registry in universities plays a pivotal role in the maintenance of pedagogical order,understanding daily teaching activities,improving the quality of teaching as well as the construction of a harmonious campus.Considering the significance,it is advisable for practitioners of registry management to raise service awareness and provide quality services for daily teaching,for which purpose a humanistic perspective for registry management is indispensable.
