On the Reform of Administrative Model in Minor Family Firms

家族企业的管理模式及其变革问题是当前的一大热点问题。本文探讨小型家族企业在壮大过程中普遍面临的问题——管理模式的改革问题。文章从管理模式的结构要素入手,首先,描述了小型家族企业管理模式的现状及存在问题,之后,进一步深入分析其管理模式存在的问题,最后提出管理模式变革的措施。

The administrative model of family firms and its reform has been a hot issue.This paper studies the problem frequently encountered in the development of family firms-the reform of administrative model.The article firstly introduces the elements of administrative model and the current situation of administrative model in family firms,then analyzes its problems in administrative model and finically reaches possible measures to improve it.
