新疆“双语”教师培训班女学员情况调查与管理对策——以新疆农业大学双语师资培训班为例

摘要 针对新疆少数民族"双语"教师培训班女学员的具体情况,从年龄分布、婚育状况、来源地和汉语基础及学习方法等四个方面对她们进行问卷调查,结合调查结果和教学、管理点滴实践,总结双语培训过程中女学员普遍存在的问题。针对出现的问题,从教学管理和教学方法等方面提出了一些切实可试行的方案和对策。 According to the specific situation of female "bilingual" minority teachers in training courses in Xinjiang,a questionnaire was designed and delivered from the three aspects: the age distribution,marital status and the source.Based on the findings of the survey and the practices in teaching and managing,the paper summed up the problems existing among them in the process of training.For these problems,the author put forward to some practical methods and strategies from the managing and teaching aspects so as to achieve the better effect.
