摘要
班主任是班级工作的主要组织者、领导者,对学生的思想素质、心理素质等教育工作起着潜移默化的作用。分析了新时期高职院校班主任体制存在的弊端及原因,并结合工作实际总结了当前工作的先进经验,就高职院校班主任工作的改革和创新进行了探讨和分析。
Head teachers who are the organizers and leaders of the class affairs influence students＇ thought quality,psychological quality and other aspects a lot.This thesis mainly analyzes the causes and disadvantages of head-teacher system in high vocational colleges in the new age,summarizes the advanced experiences from practical work at present and also discusses and analyzes changes and innovation of high vocational colleges＇ head-teachers＇ work.
