摘要
为了培养大学生英语自主学习能力,国内许多高校建立了SAC,但运行几年来仍然存在使用效率不高、配套服务不完善等问题。SAC的规划和建设,需要解决理念和实际运行的问题,香港各所高校的SAC都已经创建多年,目前运作模式成熟,目标定位明确,功能分布合理,学习资源丰富,配套服务完善。借鉴香港高校的经验,国内高校的SAC在规划布局、资源整合、配套服务方面应该进一步改善。
