Green public management is the new field of public management development on the age of green civilization,which rises under the international and civil background about the theory and practice.As a new approach in public management,green public management has its own distinct characteristics.At the present time we should define some central subjects in the study of green public management,in order to better serve the needs of our practice of public management.
