摘要
外语学习的效果与学习者所处的环境有着十分紧密的关系。影响外语学习的环境因素既有政治、经济、文化等方面的“大环境”，又有人和物等方面的“小环境”。要学好一门外语，必须同时具备上述的“大环境”和“小环境”。
The effect of foreign languages learning has much to do with the environment in which a learner is. Environmental factors affect languages learning includes political, economic, cultural and other aspects of ＂big environment＂ , and also people ,objects and other aspects of ＂small environment. ＂ To learn a foreign language well, you must have the above ＂ big environment＂ and ＂small environment. ＂
