摘要
农产品加工业不仅关联农业、工业和第三产业，而且与农业相辅相成、相互促进、紧密相关。在总结国外农产品加工业发展特点的基础上，分析了我国农产品加工业的现状及存在的主要问题，从“以精深加工为主导、建设稳定的加工专用品种和优质原料示范基地、应用高新技术改造传统农产品加工产业、加强农产品加工信息体系建设”等方面提出了我国农产品加工业的发展对策。
The farming industry is associated with agriculture, industry and tertiary industry, especially agriculture industry. Based on the characteristics of foreign agro - industrial development, this article analyses the the present situation and mainly existing problems of farming industry, and puts forward the strategies for its further development, such as leading by intensive processing, building a stable and high -quality raw material bases, applying high technology to transform traditional agricultural products, and strengthening the agro - processing information system.
