摘要
随着高等教育的改革发展,传统的学生管理工作已经很难适应新形势的需要,适应高校发展要求,从学生需求出发,变管理为服务,本文结合实际,从五个方面来探讨如何在高校学生管理工作中做到"以人为本"。
With the development of higher education,the traditional management of college students had been difficult to meet the needs of the new situation and the requirement of college development.From the requirement of students,turning management to service,discussed on how to do ＂people-oriented＂ in the management of college students from five aspects.
