高等农业院校管理类专业创新型人才培养的思考

On Training of Innovative Talent of Management Specialty of Higher Agricultural Colleges

目前以培养学生自学和创新能力为重点的教育改革正在广泛开展。高等农业院校作为人才培养的基地,更要大力深化教育改革,构建适当的教育培养体系,但实际操作中仍然存在培养目标定位不准确等诸多问题。因此从教学目标、教学主体等角度打造管理类创新型人才的培养模式,构建相应的教学课程体系和实践教学平台,对高等农业院校人才培养意义重大。

An education reform of training students self-study and innovation ability is widely developing,as the base of personnel training,it must to deepen the education reform and build appropriate education,but there are still many other problems,such as cultivation objective is inaccurate.So constructing the training mode,teaching course system and practice teaching platform of manage innovative talents,have great significance.
