摘要
为解决卷筒纸印刷机的颜色套准问题,提出一种智能自动套准系统。设计易于放置的特殊菱形标记,在同步装置的配合下通过高速摄像机抓拍标记图像,计算当前的颜色偏差,根据偏差进行最终的误差自动修正,从而形成一个实时可控的闭环系统。针对多塔系统,给出一个全网络化的解决方案。实际应用结果表明,该系统能减少纸张浪费,提高印刷质量与印刷效率。
To resolve the color register problem on web-press machine,an intelligent register system is presented.A special diamond mark is designed,which is easier to be embedded.The high-speed cameras with external trigger signal are adopted to capture mark images under the control of synchronous encoder unit,at the same time the real-time deviation of color is obtained by analyzing the mark image.The data of color deviation are transmitted to the press system over Ethernet.A close-loop and real-time system is built.An Ethernet solution for the press machine with many towers is proposed.Application results show that the waste of newspaper decreases greatly,in addition,print quality and print efficiency are both promoted.
